The alleged perpetrator is 25 years old Jorge Rosales living in Beaverton, Oregon.
For almost five years Rosales contacted minors using several different online accounts and systematically blackmailed them, contacted their friends and shared illicit photos of the victim. He also sent a naive pre-pubescent child horrific photos of child pornography.
