Jonathan Devon Price, aka: "Lil Ty" is a North Park Street Gang Member in San Diego area had previously been convicted of racketeering and conspiracy related to transporting adult and minor females in San Diego and elsewhere for the purposes of prostitution. Price has violated his supervised release on multiple occasions and was returned to prison. Upon his latest release from prison, he was arrested once again for engaging in sex trafficking.
Million Kids first became aware of this individual in 2013 and again in 2015 in conjunction with a large scale human trafficking ring that was recruiting and exploiting over 100 minors in local schools in San Diego. This case was investigated by the FBI. The RICO charge is a result of conducting large scale sex trafficking rings through organized gang activity.
