Frederick Martin: Convicted rapist sentenced for child pornography at the same time he was maintaining illicit relationships with three underage minor females.
Frederick Martin is a 26-year-old Kansas male who was sentenced for one count of producing child pornography . Martin used text messaging and Snapchat on his iPhone to seduce and groom and exploit an underage minor female who resided in California. Martin admitted that he knew the girl was a minor.
Court records say he referred to the girl as "wifey" and encouraged her to perform specific sex acts including sending images of her genitals. Martin had groomed the girl through a fantasy relationship sharing with her about her homework, school and the need to hide the phone and the relationship from her Dad.
At the same time he had a relationship with the California girl, Martin was on parole for child rape and child pornography where he had driven from Kansas to Massachusetts and sneaked into the home of a 14 year old girl he met on line through Kik messenger. He also maintained an illicit relationship with an underage girl from Canada.
