Here is an excellent example of what it means when sex selling, sex trafficking, crypto currency and money laundering intersect. Regardless of the crime, it is always about moving millions of dollars underground, sanitizing the origination of the money and moving it back into society so the criminal enterprises can grow exponentially.
Sex trafficking, sextortion, illegal pot grows, smuggling, and sexual exploitation (blackmail) will greatly expand as the world is connected together by the internet and all apps will have a money processing capability. Webcam sex (interactive pornography) will lead the world in this process as third world people seek immediate income and innocent teens will see it as easy money. Besides they are having sex anyway, so why not make some money off of it?
This is why it is important adults and kids understand how the internet functions and how their world will be different as artificial intelligence (AI), crypto currency and mass audience live streaming come together. It is a GOOD thing to see that Mexico and Brazil have enacted legislation to bring high volume crypto currency transactions to be reported to governments. But of course, if you have a corrupt government it will not stop it.
2021 will be an interesting year as all of these technologies come together and we will see the unique opportunities and possibilities but also the exploitation of poor, uninformed and naïve adults and teens.
